  1. Thank you Adria for the tip. Herbal is the way. I’ll replace Chayenne in my recipes that call for black pepper. The Cayenne will go on the dinner table tonight. Nothing like spicing up dinner!

  4. I have been drinking hot lemon water with cayenne pepper added for the last 6 weeks and have dropped 10 lbs fairly effortlessly. I drink it because I like the taste, therefore it makes it easier for me to drink more water in the wintertime. I think I originally saw a recipe for the drink in a magazine and it also called for a very small amount of pure maple syrup but I don’t bother with that.
