  5. that was great information on chia seeds! i bought a 1.5 pound bag from the chia seed store about a month ago and i love them. i add them to just about everything i eat and the health benefits are almost immediately noticeable. keep up the great work!

  6. A typical Mexican drink is chia lemonade… you only have to add chia to your regular lemonade, and drink it as a refreshing drink… the seeds make lemonade way more interesting, don’t add any flavor and the drink is very refreshing so take advantage of it this summer!!

  7. I get the best chia seeds from Integrated Health. They have lots of recipes on their site, and even have a great recipe for a chia gel smoothie. You can find them here:
